How much do your leads cost?

This depends on several factors. Some leads have different prices depending on the market they are in....but essentially we charge $29/exclusive lead. If you purchase more than 50 leads per month we can get the pricing down further for you.

Are your leads exclusive?

Yes, our leads are exclusive to you for Real Estate only. We may have other partners who contact your leads for mortgages, moving quotes, etc. You are purchasing these leads for real estate purpopses exclusively.

Do you sell leads for wholesale purposes?

Yes, depending on the partnership, we can sell leads on a wholesale basis in specific markets or throughout the nation. It all depends on what is being requested.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Homes Discovered is that we accept returns on bad contact information. That means if a lead has a bad email address you can return it for a credit. Phone numbers are not guaranteed with our service. We are unable to verify phone information and typically Internet leads do not want to be called on the phone. With that said, we ask for a phone number from our leads and many of them provide a valid phone number. Those that don't will have a valid email address. If not you can return it for credit.

Do you pre-screen your leads?

We use an automatic filtering method to screen our leads before they are sent to you. We force the lead to give us a valid email, phone number and search criteria before they even come into our system. Then we filter out for duplicates, bad words, "mickey mouse" leads, etc. Once they pass these steps, they are instantly sent to you. If they don't pass through our filter, we analyze them visually and make sure they are not junk before we pass them on to you.

We have been generating real estate leads since 2001. First as an independent business, then as the RE/MAX Internet Team and now as Homes Discovered.
